菲律宾保姆要求、工作项与时间表参考

之前在国内雇佣过保姆，在沟通与管理上有些不顺畅。后面去了宿务，在宿务韩国餐厅、韩国英语语言学校，看到韩国人与菲律宾员工默契的合作，感触很深。整理了这篇文章提供我跟我老婆具体管理沟通执行参考。

雇佣菲佣到家以后，就是家庭成员之一。口头传达和沟通工具选择，决定管理效果。对于重要的事情，尽可能标准化，记录成册，作为菲佣的执行标准，是管理菲佣最有效方式之一。

Terms and Conditions

原则要求

• 孩子，保证孩子的人身安全与健康；
• 家务，食物健康安全、整洁有序；
• 与雇主保持良好沟通

具体要求
孩子

• 时刻注意孩子安全；
• 孩子上下学校服、鞋子整理干净；
• 孩子衣物手洗；
• 孩子玩具和地毯每周清理一次；
• 孩子专用水壶，随时携带，保证每天清洗，更换新的水；
• 孩子早中晚，必须电动牙刷刷牙；
• 饭前肥皂洗手，清水洗脸；
• 孩子和大人在一个时间用餐。雇主与阿姨分餐，阿姨需要在雇主吃饭前分出自己的饭菜；

家务

• 进门、饭前、便后、做饭前、晒衣服、叠衣服前都必须洗手；
• 烧水壶每天必须清洗一次，烧水使用纯净水；
• 及时擦拭或清洗大人鞋子；
• 每天都要对室内地面进行吸尘和拖地；
• 洗衣服，深浅颜色衣物分开用洗衣机洗，衬衫等衣服需要整理；

厨房

• 保持干净卫生整洁；
• 冰箱要时刻保持卫生，食物不要浪费且新鲜；
• 生鲜合理安排食用，最多保存三天。蔬菜与生鲜分开专用盒子。

其他补充

• No smoking, No alcoholic.
• No part-time job (even on holidays).
• Employer reserves right for payment in lieu any holidays.
• No fixed holiday weekly.
• No afternoon sleep or rest.
• Strictly no stay overnight outside for whatsoever reason.
• No advance salary.
• Not allow to disclose employer’s telephone number/address to your friends/relatives in Cebu.
• You are strictly NOT allowed to keep your finger nails, toe nails long and paint nails at all time during work or on holidays.
• Don’t attempt to use to remove or borrow any of employer’s belongings for any personal use without any permission.
• Employer reserves right to deduct your salaries to pay for any damaged item as a result of your negligence/carelessness.
• Take good personal hygiene, brushing twice daily, bath daily, shampoo recommended every 2-3 days (brushing and cleaning immediately after wake up).
• Always HAND-WASHING all your personal items e.g. bra, panties, sock etc. everyday after bathing.
• In case you are sick, notify your employer immediately. You are reminded to well look after yourself and health.
• You should be able to take care of the children, playing with them patiently (not just ask to see TV program.)
• You should be always aware the children’s health and report to the employer immediately if the children are ill or injured.
• You should be able to supervise children for homework and eating properly.
• You may consume bread, jam, better, tea or coffee for your breakfast ( simple and fast type). When consuming soft drink, chocolate, milk pls let employer knows.
• You should draw or plan a time-table on your work for daily, weekly or monthly work and that you may schedule for next day and be able to prioritize your job systematically.
• Revise and review the housework before sleeping, it helps to improve the quality of your work efficiently and effectively.
• Must remember all the teachings, coaching and instructions carefully. Do not repeat mistakes. Should know how to admit mistakes and correct mistakes immediately.

You should be able to perform your homework knowledgeably, if you don’t please consult employer. Below is some SUGGESTIONS:

• Color fabrics washed separately.
• Wool, soft fabrics, silk hand wash.
• Dirt to be removed by hand before putting in machine.
• Remember to separate/distinguish clothing for each of the family members.

Being a qualified domestic helper, you must be required as following:

• Honest- never lie
• Loyal
• Not being selfish
• Respect employer- No argument
• Perform diligently to meet employer’s requirement
• Have kind consideration for employer.
• Take criticism-never express annoyance, impatient attitude toward command, just listen and follow.
• Ready and willing to scarify your benefit when required
• Don’t take pride and bias personally
• To love and involved to employer’s family.
• No gossip
• Never rest or sit on Employer’s bed or sofa.

The Schedule

孩子时间安排

• 6：30-7：30 起床，刷牙、洗脸，吃早饭；
• 7：30- 10：00 读书、娱乐、游戏；
• 10：00 -11：00 英语学习；
• 12：00 午餐、刷牙；
• 14：00-15：00 午休；
• 18：00 晚饭；
• 19：00 洗澡、刷牙；
• 20：00 睡觉；
